Nach einer kurzen Auszeit melden sich ALL THE ASHES im Mai 2018 mit ihrer neuen Single "Zurück auf Null" zurück. Der Song wird erstmals über Echozone veröffentlicht und kommt zusammen mit zahlreichen Interpretationen und Remixen unterschiedlichster Künstler sowie von der Band selbst. Es ist die erste Auskopplung des für die Jahreswende vorgesehenen Albums.

Musikalisch und thematisch schließt sich der Song nahtlos an die nun schon 15jährige Geschichte von ALL THE ASHES an, wenngleich der neue Sänger Ralph frischen Wind und neue Energie mit einbringt. Den Hörer erwartet eine gesunde Mischung aus Klangfarben der ´düsteren 80er´ und dem makellosen Sound der Moderne. Melodisch, tanzbar … eben ganz ALL THE ASHES.

Persönliche Selbstverwirklichung ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste. Moralische, familiäre und gesellschaftliche Bedenken bleiben auf der Strecke. Wir sind auf dem Weg in den Kollaps und wollen / können es nicht sehen. Wir schreiben eine andere Schöpfungsgeschichte, die nur noch die eigene Verwirklichung kennt. Wir spielen Theater, sehen nur noch Äußerlichkeiten, haben keinen Blick mehr für das Wesentliche.
Irgendwann wird der menschliche Kollaps passieren und dann sehen wir, dass es nicht darum geht, mit Scheuklappen und egomanischem Verhalten über die Welt zu gehen, und wir müssen neu anfangen … bei Null.

After a short break, ALL THE ASHES return in May 2018 with their new single "Zurück auf 0" (Back To Zero). The song will be released on Echozone and comes along with numerous interpretations and remixes by various artists and by the band itself. It is the first release of ATA´s new album which is planed to be released at the turn of the year.

Musically and thematically, the song follows the 15-year history of ALL THE ASHES seamlessly, even though the new singer Ralph is a breath of fresh air and new energy. The listener can expect an interesting mix of the dark 80s and the flawless sound of modernity. Melodic, danceable … just ALL THE ASHES.

Personal self-realization regardless of the consequences. Moral, family and social concerns fall by the wayside. We are on the way to collapse and do not want to see it. We write another story of creation which knows only its own realization. We play theater, we only see superficialities, we do not have a look for the essentials anymore.
At some point, humanity will collapse, and then we will see that it is not about going through the world wearing blinkers and behaving in an egomaniacal way, and we have to start over … at point zero.
